Okay so for me, my Christmas break from everything and anything not festive started yesterday (officially today, but shh). To kick it off right, the ninja and I along with his family went to spend some time with the elderly at Myrtle Beach Manner. We sang carols, gave a little gift and it was all in good fun. For the first time in our seven months of dating we spent the entire day together, which was really cool. I love seeing how people really are when they're not having to be out in public around people and their judgmental ways. I got to see a side of him I hadn't before and I loved it just as much as the rest of him. When his family was taking me home, in their lovely mini van, he and I were listening to some of his favorite music and he was singing along with it to me. It was one of those mushy movie moments, where my head is on his shoulder, he's singing and I have that little thought bubble that says, "I don't want to be with anyone else." and visions of weddings, kids and growing old rush through your head. Like I said it was a mushy moment, but a great moment at that. It just kicked off my Christmas holiday perfectly. I am the only one that's ever experienced this? What are some of your mushy lovely stories, or how did you meet your significant other?

Sorry Mushy Post!

*Warning! Warning!* The following post is guaranteed to be mushy, read at your own risk!

So tomorrow marks the half-way-to-a-year mark in mine and my boyfriend's relationship. I can't believe its been that long already! It seems just like yesterday that he asked me if I would be his girlfriend. So, I guess I'll tell our story...
We met about two years before anything happened. Fast forward, he began texting me all the time, talking about his personal relationship issues and how he'd love to have a girlfriend. He finally asked me on mother's day, May 8th. I couldn't give him an answer though, even though the second I said that I realized I wanted to say yes. So the next day, when I first woke up I texted him and told him yes. At school that day no one knew, but us and it was fantastic although news spread like wild-fire and soon everyone knew. However 6 months later things are still fantastic and sweet.
So, what is your relationship story? Do you have one? Does he/she make you feel amazing? If not, what in your life makes you feel amazing?

Oh yeah here is the a song from my favorite band that makes me think of my Ninja all the time. (Well a couple of versions, because I couldn't make up my mind which I liked more)

Day 2! Who/What can't you live without?

I've made it to day 2...woo! The question for today is...

Who or what can't you live without?

I have many things that keep my life going, but I don't think I could live without my boyfriend, *the ninja*. He's called *the ninja* because he's very tall, very quite and always claims to be hiding somewhere in my house. Currently he claims to be under my bed at all times, although I have never checked to make sure. He's pretty great and I love him to pieces, because I know he has my back and of course gives the best hugs, which is always great. Plus its always a great bonus that our kids would be the cutest kids on earth! Any who, so to answer the question, I could not live without my boyfriend...man that's really sappy. I guess the second thing I couldn't live without would be music. Obviously its a huge part of my life and has been for most of my life. Its the one thing that when all else fails, never fails me. Well that's enough rambling...
